Is SimplePDF FERPA-compliant?
SimplePDF's client-side architecture means no student education records are processed on or stored by our servers. Since SimplePDF never accesses student data, there's no third-party access to education records - the strongest possible privacy design for FERPA compliance.
Can I embed SimplePDF into our school's student information system?

Where are completed documents stored?
All PDF editing happens in the browser. When saving completed documents, the client uploads directly to the target storage using presigned URLs. You can use Bring Your Own Storage (S3, Azure Blob) to keep documents within your own infrastructure.
