No. SimplePDF processes all PDFs directly in your browser. Documents containing Social Security numbers, bank statements, and financial details are never sent to SimplePDF's servers, on any plan.

Yes. SimplePDF can be embedded as an iframe or integrated via our React, vanilla JS, or web component packages. Documents stay in the browser, and completed PDFs can be sent to your backend via webhooks. Learn more about our embed options.

Does SimplePDF support electronic signatures for real estate?

Yes. Users can draw or type signatures directly in the PDF. Note that SimplePDF provides digital signatures on the document - for transactions requiring specific e-signature compliance (ESIGN Act, UETA), verify with your compliance team.
